My good friend Sharon Day (Autumnforest, Ghost Hunting Theories) has written a book called, "Was That a Ghost?".  Through her many years of helping others and collecting information, she shares her techniques and experiences with us in understanding that puzzling question, was that a ghost I saw or something else.  Her book is now available for purchase on Kindle and Nook for $2.99.  Here is a description of what the book is about:
