BIG HIT-- WARMINSTER ACADEMY HOSTS OPEN HOUSE CELEBRATION

All Star Baseball Academy hosted an Open House Celebration at its newest facility in Warminster on Saturday, November 20 and it was a big hit with parents and young players in the Warminster-Hatboro area. The new facility is more than double in size compared to the former ASBA building in Hatboro.  The brand new turf, better lighting, and high-quality hitting and pitching tunnels have all received excellent reviews from our growing base of customers in the Bucks and Montgomery County areas.

"Over 80 people came to the Open House to enjoy the instruction and the facility," said John Bellis, Regional Manager for ASBA.  "Our customers are really enjoying the new facility and the bigger space that we have here."

"We really had a great turn-out for the Open House," smiled Ryan Gilmore, Manager of the new Warminster facility.  "We had a lot of current customers and also some brand new customers too.  The kids had a great time working out with our instructors in the hitting and pitching tunnels. Many of the kids spent 20 minutes or more in the hitting tunnels, showing off their swings and getting new tips from our staff."

What were the reactions of the new customers who attended?  "A few of them said that this is the nicest baseball facility they've ever visited," said Gilmore.  "They liked the brand new turf, the bright lighting, the bigger lobby area, and all of the tunnels that we have for pitching and hitting.  Overall, we have a super facility and our customers are really enjoying what we offer here."

"I do believe that the recognition of what All Star Baseball is all about is hitting the Bucks County area in bigger ways than ever before," added Bellis.  "We've made great strides in the quality and efficiency of the many programs that we offer to the baseball community-- including team training, individual lessons, travel team practices, and rentals."

"The Open House Celebration was a big success," concluded Gilmore.  "The kids who attended had a lot of fun and got to know our instructors better.  The parents like the facility and we're really excited about the different programs and training that we can offer here to area families."

The new facility is located at 1537 Campus Drive, Warminster.  To contact our staff, please call 215-672-1826 and ask about individual or team training programs.

Blogger Zombie Walk

My friend Autumnforest from “Ghost Hunting Theories” has come up with another fun event for all bloggers to participate in. She has announced that Friday, December 10th will be “Blogger Zombie Walk” Day, and all those who wish to join in will be asked to do a zombie themed post on that day.
You can open up your creative juices to any idea as long as it is centered on the zany world of zombies. You can write a fictional zombie story; share photos and stories about any zombie event that you attended; show photos of yourself in zombie make-up and explain in pictures or words of the step-by-step details on how you did it; or you can do a fun and scary zombie video. It will be totally up to you on what you want to present on your blog as long as it is zombie related.

In everyone’s post, you will list the links to the other blogs who are joining in on the zombie walk. If you are interested in participating in the zombie walk, send Autumnforest an email at psychic62@hotmail.com so she can put you on her master list. This must be done by December 8th so she can send the list to all the participants by December 9th to add to their posts on the 10th. This will make it easier for our followers to go down the list and click the next blog until they have finished the list.

You can also advertise the event ahead of time by doing a post such as this one, and adding the zombie walk button to the sidebar of your blog. We would like to encourage all the people we can to come and check out all our blogs. I will be throwing a tweet about it and message on facebook as well.

Join us on Blogger Zombie Walk Friday (December 10th) and have a great time reading all the creative blogs in bloggerland.
